"Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.  For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.  Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.  Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless."   Ephesians 5: 22- 27     

The Marriage Ministry was founded to enrich and strengthen the basis family unit represented in the covenant of Christian marriage and to encourage married  couples to grow as disciples of Jesus.                        

The purpose of the Marriage Ministry is to :  Promote God's plan for marriage through teaching married couples, to provide opportunities for couples to connect with other couples for support and fellowship, and to build healthy, strong marriages and families that will create healthy churches and communities. 

The Marriage Ministry has a core committee consisting of several couples.  The duties of the committee are as follows:                                                                                         

• Coordinate and sponsor fun events for couples.
• Coordinate and sponsor ministry events, selecting and providing speaker (s) at special events that will help enhance marital relationships.
• Organize and plan marriage retreats and/other related events, in order to strengthen and enhance marital relationships, and to see couples growing in oneness, through deep personal sharing, being transparent with one another, walking in truth.
